There is a sealed copy on National Court files in 1997 by way of Affidavit of Thomas Ningiga's Statutory Declaration on all the non registered business names used by the so called Warner Shand boss / owner Michael Newell Wilson , New Zealander, up for deportation previously, if you read the Post Courier archives but long forgiven / forgotten and he's today widely used by all the corrupt pollies. The same copy was referred directly to Amet to his own personal official fax # and similarly the Chief Ombudsman by hand delivery and fax too at the time BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN by Amet. In other words hundreds of cases were heard in our Honourable Courts all under Amet's direct command and represented by the Wilson ghost law firm names Amet's mate being the owner of the largest law firm on the ground in PNG - Michael Newell Wilson. I mean how could Arnold Amet pull into line the owner of the biggest PNG law firm if he didnt have the guts and balls. No he took the least line of resistance and walked away. Amet was safe hand delivered (confirmed by his personal Secretary on record) a Statutory Declaration done by the IPA's Senior Lawyer, Thomas Ningiga LLB. Amet is a gutless wonder and chose to ignore it. As a result many PNG families,countless lives, workers have been thrown into chaos as those afflicted were not able to stay in court due the huge costs of fighting such mongrels(the biggest firm on the ground) shielded under ghost law firm names and by Amet himself. Let no PNGean be ashamed about Amet but '' definitely do something about it '' or suffer like too many have and still do !!! never to regain their former losses. Check the court files. Call Thomas Ningiga, call Amet , his secretary even & seek answers / the truth.!!! On Aussie international news tonite the Northern Territory judiciary is accused of corruption so its not new around the ridges either. Amet still exudes a lifestyle not of a PNG Chief Justice but someone on the take. In time we will have a Independent Commission of Inquiry into certain Judges. Its not if but when ? As to my followers please be patient we are in the incubator hatching. Your support keeps me going. For those strong enough you will be issued with challenges in the 2002 run up. I note sadly that none has photographed Cairns, Brisbane or Sydney houses of our pollies. Time & distance exclude me. Why does it have to be mi tasol to produce all the photo evidence when too many know where all the houses are?
