Ti happened to me to i had ten, only used 3 and they froze them all. Don't know why, i had had those 10 for two years with no problems and then they suddenly zap them all.

They can do that because your modem is identified by its IP address. It is left everywhere you go, so all they have to do is freeze all user accounts with that IP address.
