Subject: the book!

is there a difference between the hard cover and soft. like more pictures or something. i got the soft back version on ebay. do i need to buy the hard cover too? i've tried to order the book in the local shops, but it's just easier to get things like that on line.

so if anyone knows, please fill me in. thanks
