Every mind is whole, bt all creaures only use part of it, the part unused holds powers and those able to contet with this part can contrl these powers. Mind is broken into these six part; Nalcon, Red, D-Felon, Psycho-Illusions, Psychokinesic, Telepathically. Depending on you depends on what you cotrole, I controle all. Anyway, Telepathically is like this, it's the ability to teleport, read the thoughs of others, and talk to others though their mind.
