I cannot think of anything to say about what I have just read.
I had the joy of meeting Nora at the Cherry Hill convention and become instant friends, and I cannot tell you how it made me feel to read that is just so close to this.
I have always been so very proud to be a part of such a wonderful group of people that make up the "Xena" community. Indeed, a loving, more compassionate group of people does not exist anywhere else. But the efforts and donations, and the prayers and love that all are sending out at this time of incredible need has made my heart swell to capacity with pride.
We each do our part to help, and sometimes that feels like it's not enough, but one person is but of a whole, and when such a group as this does something, results are found.
I don't know how other people are finding ways to deal with what happened, but the way that I deal with it is to look at the fact that people, all people, from all walks of life, all countires, all races, creeds, colours, everyone has banned together to show our support. That's how I deal with it.
My prayers, love, and heart go out to Nora, Aida, and all those who have been touched by this.
Sarah
