Taxi-L is a fantasticsite, however the level of tolerance for opinions regarding taxi partition requirement viability is absurdly low. They tossed me off their forum because I maintained the opinion that partitions have a 100% failure rate. I have lots of evidence backing that fact and the NYTLC backs that opinion by saying they have no knowledge of a partition ever thwarting an assault.

Well, no one, and I mean NO ONE will be kicked off this forum for their expressed views or opinions. With of course the one exception, hate literature. Racism has no place with such a diversified lifestyle, job, whathaveyou, of cabdriving.

I agree, Taxi L is an amazing site, except I'm still waiting for a reply from them in linking up to so, I don't think they are as up to date as Hack.

I will be posting more of Midnight evidence on the partition issue, and I do hope that their is some debate on the issue.

I clearly understand why you got tossed. Statistically, all assualts and murders in NYC dropped something like 83% in the first year!!! Prior to that, drivers were dying at about one a month. Check out taxi-l.org's article called "the effectiveness of taxicab shield 'the baltimore case'. I think your conclusion is rather idiotic based on all the available information out there.
