the gig was pretty great, maybe one of my favourite gigs ever? time will tell...but the usually reliable talkgirl crapped out on me, leaving some of the gig buried under a layer of fuzz. however, i picked up a cd, and talked a little to the mountain goats which was really cool. and manchester is a interesting town, we found a late night laser quest bar near to where the gig was, though there wasnt enough time to do any questing :(.
