I've actually heard plenty of stuff by Bright Eyes as I know a fair few people who are into them, and I've certainly heard enough to make up my mind that they're not my cup of tea.

Buy the Desaparecidos record and maybe you'll understand the point I was trying to make... but surely if you were really into Oberst's work then you'd own it already? Maybe I'm wrong and you already do.
