Ok, well this has gone from Ralph making a pretty inoffensive comment to the prospect of me engaging half of Brum's music scene in a bare knuckle streetfight!!!

The way I see it tho is that the comment from Thom (the Yellobelly guy) below pretty much wrapped it up for me. He said that they weren't great on the day but should be given a chance. I think that's fair enough- god knows how many times our gigs have fucked up- and if you ask me it takes more guts to say something like that under your real name than to leave silly messages threatening violence under pseudonyms...

At the end of the day any band is just entertainment really, no matter how serious or professional they are. There's no point in squabbling in this way- it's all been blown completely out of proportion.

Anyways I reckon the best thing to come of this is that SEF are probably finding all this attention very amusing and flattering!!! As for me, that's IT on this subject. I'm getting sick of it, and I do suspect that many of these messages are the work of just one or two people.....
