Hi!
firstly i'd like to thank everyone who has broadcasted their opinion over this message board, i advise that we all take it as constructive criticism.
I'd like to apologize to all the people who felt that live and unpaid was crap or a sham, but i only tried my hardest to put on a show that the majority of local teens would enjoy, but please understand that i've organised this from scrap and i only just turned 16 a month ago, so you can imagine that the cd's and the sound qaulity on the day were not professional but that is why it was a free event and the cd's cost half the price of a normal 24 track cd!
May i say that the reason i took off SEF (apart from the fact that they had gone 3 mins over their time limit) was because i did not think it was a very nice thing of them to make jokes out of the event i had put on for all the bands, i was offended by what they said and it upset me extremely, plus Tom was allowed to use an extemely expensive bass amp by andy.s. and he thanked him by jumping from the top of it onto the ground, now i know he was only trying to have fun but if he would have dammaged it he would of had to pay for it, and trust me it would have taken him a lot of time to do so!
I'd also like to ask of anyone who dislikes me because of this event to realise that i'm only human and i have only tried my very hardest, so to hate me because of this event would be wrong due to you not really knowing who i really am (aside from live and unpaid)!
But finally i'd like to thank everyone for turning up and all the bands for playing like the kings and Queen (kate) that you all are (including SEF)!
You've all made my summer the best i have ever had!
