Author: Lacey
Subject: Lacey smiled a nodded a little. She wasn;t nervous... she'd covered a lot of ground with Pablo, had him following her around like a lap dog, had him trusting her. He was ready for this, she was sure of it. She waved Carlos over to give her a peg up. The stallion was used to Carlos- he'd helped her out a lot with him. She had one hand on the studs withers, the other on the cantle of the saddle . She bent her leg for Carlose and he lifted her easily as she pulled herself up over the seat of the saddle, her stomach resting on the seat of the saddle. Pablo switched his ears a little and took a step forward but made no fuss, listening to Laceys soothing tones.

  • She nodded to Carlos and looked up to Lacey. "We're just gonna take a little pony ride like this around for a minute to him used to the way your weight feels when he's moving, and then when I say just swing your leg up over." She looked at the stallion who flicked his ears waiting for instruction and shook her head. "He's a gem though, you'll be fine." She turned and took a couple of steps away with the horse, pausing to allow Lacey to get her balance and used to the awkward movement. (NT) -- Eliza, 08:22:25 01/17/07 Wed
