He pushed himself upwards a bit so he was back to eye level with her, brushing some hair away from her eyes. "Lacey.. are you sure?" He was hesitant - he wasn't sure how to proceed here, he'd never been in this situation. "I really don't want to hurt you, Lace.. are you sure you're ready?" He didn't mean physically, either - he knew that trust in general was a huge issue for her, this would be a massive stretch for her emotionally.

She nodded soundly, her blue eyes gazing up into his. "I trust you... and I love you... and I want to be with you... I'm ready." She nodded once again, just softly, as if to back up what she had said, lifting her head up out of the pillow to reach up and kiss him lovingly and sensuously, her blue eyes closing softly.
