Hear Ye, Hear Ye. Having been abandoned by their protectors, the free people of Vesper in Trammel have made known their wish to be organized and protected against the chaos that runs rampant throughout the uncivilized lands of Sosaria. We, the Runic Knights, the Knights of the Golden Phoenix and the Order of the Rose, have accepted this call to duty and henceforth will stand as the guardians of the free city of Vesper in Trammel and its surrounding areas.
