Great post Sol, I use the same technique (still a bit rusty at it thou).

On my mouse wheel, I use wheel up for clear target que, wheel down for target self, and press wheel for last target. Using the que target feature of UOAssist (main screen page option) auto targets your last target. Takes a bit of getting used to but works great.
In order to get the press wheel (push wheel down to activiate - like a mouse click) to work I set my last target macro in UOAssist to my F12 key and then go into mouse properites and set the wheel press to the F12 key.

Same technique, just different mouse set-up with the que target feature of UOAssist.

Thanks for the pwn'age info. Keep the lessons coming.
