Subject: Dreams

Cedric quitely walked to his tower, his feet crunching the snow beneath him and his breath leaving steam clouds in the air. As he entered the tower and home of the Order a smile spread on his lips as he saw a lady sitting near the fireplace on one of the pillows. "Hello love, Tis been a long night and I missed ye. How fairs the Regent?" The lady looked up from watching the crackling flames and replied with a smile even brighter than Cedrics "The regent is fine and he sends us his best wishes. Come let us go to sleep." Cedric nods at the lady and follows her up the stairs to there bedroom, quitely moving the black silk sheets back to allow his lady to enter the bed, a simple incantation leaves them in there night clothes and turns all the candles and lanterns out. Cedric looks at his lady and kisses her on the forehead as she has already fallen asleep. "Good night Kyela" Soon thereafter Cedric falls asleep as well.

Mists part and Cedric is walking in the abyss again, his body naked and his hair pure white as that of his last incarnation. A scowl appears on his face as mystical energies flow from his hands and engulf a daemon. The daemon howls in pain and glee at the same time, a laugh that would make a normal man cringe in fear, Cedric continues summoning energies from the ethereal planes and bolt upon bolt of energy implode on the daemon, finally after seemingly hours of combat the daemon slumps to the ground dead. A resounding voice enters into Cedrics head "This is not over by any means...." Cedric snickers and continues to walk the abyss. He enters a cave, one that seems almost familliar, a Man is standing near the back of the cave his backside turned to Cedric. "Who are you man, and why are you in my place of resting?" The man's shoulders shake up and down as if in laughter and he slowly turns around. The man that Cedric sees is himself, yet again Deja Vu seems to kick in as this happened once before.... Mayhaps this dream is one of the past? No things are different this time. Alot differnt... The other Cedric cackles and rushes Cedric his form slowly morphing into that of a daemon, Cedric prepares a incantation but the Daemon punches him in the stomache disrupting his spell. The daemon speaks a couple of words in a unkown language and enters the body of Cedric... A voice enters into his mind "I told you before, you had a choice to make, and a unkown future. I also told you it wasnt over." Cedric wakes screaming, sweat pouring from his forehead he quickly jolts up from the bed and screams louder. His body racked in pain. His body exhausted from the episode he falls back asleep as suddenly as he awoke. Kyela woke during this but did not say a thing, she gently rubs Cedric's back hoping to ease his pain even in his sleep, a blotch of reddish skin can be seen on his back, tough as leather...

OOC: This is the first part of a story I'm working on for Cedric, I hope you guys enjoy it. I know its not the best writing style in the world but I wrote it all from the top of my head. The next post should be better as I'll know where i'm taking the story. For those who read it thanks ^_^
