Hail, M'Lord....I am Pick Axe Pete, Grandmaster Blacksmith/Miner/Carpenter in the employ of Commodore Vic Twenty and his associate, Toner the Clumsy Mage. Mr. Toner mentioned to me that you were seeking supplies of glassblowing pipes and possibly mallets, and I have recently returned from the city of the gargoyles (the most magnificent city I've ever seen, by the way) with them.

Just let me know when would be a good time for either myself or one of my bosses to deliver those supplies to you. And if you need more, I can get more. The same applies to any of the Runic Knights seeking such supplies, of course.
