Depending on which color hammer you get, they can make magic weapons of the color ore they match. The dull copper hammer makes durable/accurate dull copper weapons. I understand the shadow hammer makes weapons of ruin. And as I understand it the grand prize hammer or valorite runic hammer will make vanq weapons. There are also ancient smithy hammers that I am a little fuzzy on what they actualy do. The ancient hammers come in different strengths, up to 10 as I understand it, but I have heard very little about them so Im still waiting for one. I keep getting large BOD's but not the individual deeds to fill them, so it may take a while to get to those high end awards.
