Aye the holidays are a particularly busy time for me. But they are behind us now, and here's a few things to look forward to in 2002:

Ultima Online : Lord Blackthorn's Revenge - 2D client that allows access to Ilshenar and updates 2D artwork for existing monsters and creatures as well. Part of the ongoing fiction is going to occur with its release. I hope the Runic Knights can play an active role in whatever happens...and at the least, all of us will be able to hunt in Ilshenar now. It is truly an amazing place, and designed with so many different spawns for group hunts

The Turbulent Waters is opening a Sosarian Sailing Communituy page soon, which will have shard-specific news and links. I hope to unite all the seafaring guilds in UO and get some attention from the developers this year - see my site and the "2001 - The Year in Review" article for more details.

The bulk order system might be applied to other skills, considering its overall popularity and success with blacksmithing. The current rumor is that inscription might be next, but I for one want to see it applied to fishing :)

Some serious UO:3D art fixes are on the way - if the pictures I saw of the female avatars (players) are a good example, expect to be blown away. Hopefully...

Expect some old friends to return from Camelot when they see how well UO is advancing, and are getting bored with the levelling treadmill effect, just like happened when EQ and AC came out...

May will rock, not necessarily in UO, but in movie theaters....May 3 brings us "Spider-Man", and May 16, "Star Wars Episode 2 : Attack of the Clones". WOOT a la mode!

So, let me know when there are guild hunts and the like, although I work most nights I'll make it if I can. Plus we'll have a few old fashioned net nights somewhere down the road :P
