Subject: Sanctus Halloween festival

*A rider comes walking in wearing the uniform of Sanctus and begins to read the contents of a scroll he holds in his hands*

Hear ye hear ye! You have all been invited to attend the Halloween festival in Sanctus on Friday October 31st
This event will start at 6pm est and will last until 8pm
There will be several activities such as a costumed ball a story telling contest and more. As well as great prices you can win.

We hope to see you all in Sanctus on Friday.

*The rider makes a quick bow and walks back outside leaving the scroll he had at the doorsteps*
