Ett mycket bra förslag,på så vis faller en del "skit" ur systemet.Kräva hd/ad fria föräldrar,godkänd Mh staus,samt godkänd exteriör beskrivning=inga betfel,tandförluster mm används,Kanske begränsa uppfödarnas möjligheter till max 2 kullar om året, då en del tar både 3-4 st.......
