 Wing Chun is said to beat all the other types of martial arts BUT the point is without vigorous training of both the mind and body, no type of martial arts is effective, so dunt be diillusioned about anything being better or more effective than anything else. Train hard and the weakest looking martial arts can become the most deadly and most powerful e.g. Tai Chi i admit looks like crap BUT is very very effective against attacks, it uses near no where near as much energy as the attacker puts out and its effectivness is twice of teh attack.
