Hi Ricky,
there are a few wing chun schools in Bournemouth, all of which names escape me right now, but i did train with a guy called Mark Smith a couple of times who was extremely skilled, i don't know his exact lineage, definately Yip Man, and i don't have any contact details. but if you are moving down there look him up. i think you couldn't go far wrong with him.
