He hardly waited for her response though before he padded softly into the living room, hands shoved in his pockets - he had felt horrible after the scolding and was so worried now that they would be upset. She finished up the dishes as she padded into the room just in time to see Moon - still so little for her age - climb up onto Kaleb's bent knee, her sweet young voice a whisper. "We been quiet all day so mama could res' like you said but she didn't even sit down once!" She huffed, in her opinion, that was a waste of time and being quiet wasn't easy for her.
