Subject: He fussed over his daughter for a few moments, and then just held her cradled in his arms as he sat down on the edge of Gabby's lounger. He blew a noisy raspberry to her cheek, and then settled her on his knee before turning his attention back to his Gabby with an affectionate smile. "Really good. How'd things go here? You survived alright?" He had been worried that the four busy children would be a lot of trouble for her, but when he had called during the day it had sounded like things were under control. He stood slowly again to return Dakota to her swing - much to the baby's dismay at first, but a little bit of persuading and a couple moments of rocking her seat and she was settled again. She was such a low-maintenance baby so far, it amazed him.

  • "Thats good, I bet the boys were happy to have you back." She smiled lightly, tipping her head and drawing her glasses down so she could see him better. "It wasn't to bad, thankfully it was nice out but I think if we have a rainy day I might possibly go out of my mind." She smirked, her hand resting over her stomach which wasn't quite as flat as it was pre-pregnancy but that was to be expected. "I'm glad you had a good day, I was afraid you would be out of the swing of things." (NT) -- Gabby, 20:42:34 07/21/05 Thu
