Instead, she remains where she is, idly grazing, though her actions speak of her great uneasiness, quick and jerky. Her ears remain held backwards, and 3 year old filly resolves silently to herself her own private thoughts... She could live an empty life, and never grow attached again...then she could avoid such messes as the one she was in now, and had been before.
