Subject: Scullers Jazz club

Just thought I would mention, for the benefit of all you "smooth jazz" fans out there, that there is a small group of us who frequent Scullers Jazz club in Brighton at the Double tree hotel. I think it is one of the best kept secrets in Boston. There are some super performers that play there and it really is a nice night out. Tower of Power is coming up Nov. 14th and so far Tommy Holland and Roy Reed (North Star), Pokey, Kathy Kerrins and myself, Tom Buckley and Leon Rich (Malden corps) are going to that one. The group "Fourplay" is appearing the next night. If anyone is intersted in checking out some great smooth jazz, check out scullersjazz.com and touch base as we go fairly regularly. Artie and Laurie Shannon are frequent visitors as well.
Take care for now.
Mike M.
