He's throughout the movie, but honestly, he's so SCRUFFY he's unrecognizeable -- this is not OUR boy, he's a thug (which, he's supposed to be), so I was looking at him, thinking, "wow, that guy looks a little like Eric Etebari." He only has about a dozen lines, he's mostly the "tough guy" thug, doesn't say much, gets annoyed, gets to do the beating up. It's really a nasty character he plays. He still moves pretty damned nice, tho.
