1. What did Ian do with Lucretia? did he kill her?

2. what happened to Karen Bronte, who was Sara's mother, I would have liked to have seen the Bronte connection more fully established.

3. The guys who were anti government in the ep about JFK, I would have liked to have seen that involvement/story line developed. I rather imagine that they would have used that if there was a Season 3.

4. Like Beck, I also wonder about Sara and Ian - re: Eric Etebari mentioning Ian becoming 'the lover' in Season 3. In the WB comics, it implies that they are or they do become intimate (although I've only read probably the first couple of compilation books with the beginnings of the comic in them).

5. why did Sara decide to save Ian in Hierophant, and what was she thinking at the end of that? And what happened after she revived Ian?

Here's my two cents re; the similarities/disrepancies between S1 & S2.

Wolfhounds vs the Rottie
Vicky Po smoking instead of drinking
Danny has a daughter instead of a son
No White Bulls, but that secret anonymous government group (in the JFK ep)
Sara's evil twin (Aras) vs Ian's evil clone (I2)
etc.

I always thought that those things were like that since the timelines HAD been changed, some things would have been different this time around. Sort of a cross between a time rewind and a time parallel.
