Sounds like Watcher's Journal to me, but I think that site has been dissolved and become something else. There are a few good sites with screen caps though. You might check the links section of my site, www.thedarklingone.com (links button is beside the dragon). If I don't have a link to the site you were at, almost a guarantee one of the sites I have listed will have a link to it.
