Nothing done wrong. :)

And I agree with you. I've also found it a little odd that while all the menfolk seem to have come out with statements, whether official or not, I have seen absolutely nothing from Yancy. I don't know whether that means [a] she doesn't care, or [b] she cares too much, and is really upset about the whole thing. She could just be listening to an agent or something as well - but in any case, I do find it odd.

I've also hit my first casualty in the 'compared to WB, not gonna cut it' field - while I started watching Birds of Prey, hoping for something to fill the WB/fantasy void, and did like it initially, I've actually become somewhat bored with it - I actually deliberately chose to watch "Jaws" [for about the millionth time, SUCH an excellent movie] instead. I still get hyped about Angel, Buffy, Enterprise and Charmed, and would be ectastic if WB were brought back, but Birds isn't going to cut it for me. [sigh] And I really like the graphics I did for the site. Oh well, if I'm going to move more on Sanctuary, I need to cut back somewhere, so maybe I need to be a little more selective about the shows I create sites for - they're quite a bit of work to create and maintain, so I think I need to concentrate more on the ones for shows I adore and Sanctuary, than for shows I haven't had a chance to fall in love with. Sorry, had a train of thought, had to run with it. :)

Anyway, back to the original thought ~ I don't hold out much hope for WB, mostly because all the wonderful actors would need to start looking for new and exciting ways to pay for room, board, and headshots. They have to be looking for new 'gigs' by now. Yes, I believe if the show was picked up by another station, they'd try to bring everyone back, but if they're also committed to another series, I'd imagine a working show would have precedence over a revived one - they might try to work out something where the actor appears on both while contracts are re-worked, but that's just conjecture on my part. Wildswan is right about Roswell, a couple of the actors were very unhappy about having to be brought back, but I think that situation was a little different in that Roswell was picked up almost immediately after the WB cancelled, and there had been buzz about UPN taking it, so I would think the actors' options had been extended or something. WB's been cancelled now for two months, with no serious offers - and we do have enough little ears in the industry, that I believe we would have heard if there had been any nibbles. I love my WB site, and intend to complete and extend it as much as possible; I also hope this board remains active, and I've done what I can to try to bring the series back, and if the show is picked up I'll be a very happy girl, but I will say I don't expect it.
