I feel the same way, and I think I let go about 2 episodes in to the 2nd season. Watching, discussing, and parodying the show when it was good was my release from the daily grind during season 1. But I've been feeling the loss of the show long before it was cancelled.
The only other show I liked as much as Witchblade was a sci-fi show about 5 years back called, "Space: Above and Beyond" about a future war with aliens who consider Earth their home planet. The show, believe it or not, had more to do with the characters than the actual war itself (or, well, okay... 50/50). It was my favorite show and by the end of a night it aired I had seen it 3 times. They cancelled that too, only after 1 season. I was devestated for a month. Then I decided never to let a show mean that much to me again and stopped watching tv for a looong time, until Withcblade... you see where I'm going with this.
I want to go on a rant about TV right now but I won't.
Anyway, I'm here lurking, so don't miss me too much.
