Yes, I've been lurking. RL and the extensive remodeling of our kitchen (done by yours truly) has kept me from posting...well...anywhere.

I've pretty much decided that I'm the kiss of death for any TV shows, and I should probably stop discovering new ones. After WB was canceled, I mentioned to a friend how bummed I was. Her response? Something along the lines of "You were watching the wrong show anyway. Buffy Summers could kick Sara's ass in a heartbeat." And don't laugh, but I asked her who Buffy Summers was. So she convinced me to give it a shot. I did, and have become a Buffy fan. Stemming from that was my newfound love for Angel, and my spending waaay more money than I should on DVD's. So I got settled into lovin' some new shows, and...well, you know.

I'm 3 for 3. This sucks. (I'd heard it was a pretty safe bet that Angel was going bye bye too.) Are there any kickass females left on TV, or do they just all get canceled the second I start watching? Recommendations?
