Happy turkey day to you too!

I passed a very relaxing holiday with Marco my cat. (I love my meat family but they don't do "relaxing" :-) Cooked just the good stuff (turkey and dressing). Brined the turkey again this year and it was great. Marco is complaining that I am hogging all the white meat for sandwiches while the cat bowl is neglected. I told him the turkey was being apportioned by mass of the recipient (which shut him up good). Thanks also for the BD greetings. I'll be celebrating that one by giving an exam to my forensics class (ho ho he he ha ha).
