Sử dụng Skype software để gọi th�ng qua FPTEL như thế n�o?

1) Nhập nick Skype Name �fptel.GoiAmerica� hoặc �fptel.GoiCanada� v�o � Skype Contact của bạn.
2) Thực hiện cuộc gọi Skype Call đến nick Skype Name ở tr�n. Bạn sẽ nhận được một lời ch�o ngắn từ FPTEL.
3) Lập tức chuyển sang ph�m tab �Call Phones� tab của Skype. D�ng con mouse trỏ nhấn c�c số cần gọi (Lưu �: Kh�ng sử dụng b�n ph�m để nhập số điện thoại!).
4) Gọi trực tiếp bất kỳ số điện thoại n�o ở Mỹ hoặc Canada th� quay 11 k� số như sau: 1-AAA-BBB-CCCC+#; AAA l� 3 số m� v�ng, BBB-CCCC l� 7 số điện thoại, # l� ph�m nhấn để gọi.
5) V� dụ: để gọi tới Houston ở Mỹ c� số điện thoại l� 1-713-123-4567. Nhập 17131234567#; ph�m # l� để bắt đầu gọi.

Sử dụng FPTEL SoftPhone Dialer để gọi như thế n�o?

1) V�o http://www.fptel.com, Tải phầm mềm SoftPhone Dialer to Phone từ đường dẫn trong website.
2) C�i phần mềm v�o m�y t�nh. Phần mềm được định cầu h�nh để sẳn s�ng cho cuộc gọi.
3) Nối tai nghe với m�y t�nh, hoặc sử dụng loa v� micro.
4) Gọi trực tiếp bất kỳ số điện thoại n�o ở Mỹ hoặc Canada th� quay 11 k� số như sau: 1-AAA-BBB-CCCC. AAA l� 3 số m� v�ng, BBB-CCCC l� 7 số điện thoại, sau đ� nhấn n�t Dial để gọi.
V� dụ: để gọi tới Houston ở Mỹ c� số điện thoại l� 1-713-123-4567. Bạn nhập 17131234567; nhấn ph�m Dial (m�u xanh) để bắt đầu gọi.
