Subject: A little prompt

>That’s not the point either.

The point is that the example is beside the point and therefore can't be called 'fine'.

>Now that’s the point! You accused me of being rigid.
>Then, according to your own strange theory
>you are rigid. Your opinion about me
>reflects your opinion about yourself. Am I
>right or am I not right?

A little prompt: when you make a claim that all frogs are green, are you right or are you mistaken?

>Then you should higher you expectations. You
>don’t live a real life without disappointments.

I don't know anybody living his life without any disappointments. Maybe except some
complete fools who are always happy. :-)

>You really think he is old and wise enough?

Sure! You should proud of such a son.

I have my
>doubts, Rita. It’s dangerous to involve children in
>things they are not yet ready for. He often reminds me
>of an adolescent who likes to destroy things.

It is a very natural behaviour for a young man. You must have forgotten your own youth!

But if
>you think it’s all right then I agree. One condition:
>No excuses and a “pardon me, I’m just a little boy”
>attitude.

I agree with your condition.

>All I know is that traumatized people often invent a
>life story.

All I know is that traumatized people often hate the whole world and accuse it in their
misfortunes. They don't invent a life story but can't evaluate real events of their life in
a proper way and describe them from their side, missing many important details. By
the way, how about you, Peter? Do you consider yourself a traumatized person?

>You did not close it in a fair way.

One more prompt: reread 'A Farewell to Arms', part II, Chapter 22.
