SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2005 at 1 PM
(Registration will be from 12:00 - 12:45 p.m.)
Raceland Community Center, 713 Chinn St., Raceland, KY
ENTRY FEE - $40
Deadline to enter is October 17th. A deposit of $30 must be received by this date. There will be no door entries. Send payment in full of $65 and contestant receives an early bird tiara!
JOIN US AFTER THE PAGEANT FOR SOME FUN! - We will have lots of food and refreshments for everyone and even cake and ice cream. Children will receive goodie bags. We will have games such as "bobbing for apples" and "pin the eyes on the ghost" for more prizes!
ATTIRE: Pageant Wear and Costume Wear. Pageant Wear: Must have no glitz! Can be custom made or off the rack. No makeup under 5 yrs. No hair pieces, falsies, fake tans, etc. Must be all natural. If you have a question about this, please ask! Costume Wear: Can be custom made or off the rack.
OPTIONALS - $5 each (Cutest Smile, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Eyes, Best Personality, and Photogenic). Optionals will be awarded in each age division. Contestant must enter all optionals to be eligible for a Supreme title. Photos may be color or b&w. We will accept snapshots and photography pictures, but no retouched pictures will be accepted! You may submit extra photos for an additional fee of $5.
AGE DIVISIONS: (The directors have the right to combine or cancel any age group.)
GIRLS: 0-11 mths, 12-23 mths, 2-3 yrs, 4-5 yrs, 6-7 yrs, 8-10 yrs, 11-13 yrs, and 14-18 yrs
BOYS: Will be determined after all entries are received. We must have at least 5 boy entries to have a boy supreme.
GRAND SUPREME: 0-5, 6-Up; MINI SUPREME: 0-5 & 6-Up; QUEENS/KINGS: One each age division; RUNNER-UP: Each age division. All contestant receive a tiara!!!
OFFER AT THE DOOR - Elite Supreme - $10 Contestant with highest score of those paid into this will receive a tiara, trophy, and $60 diamond heart necklace.
My Buddy Supreme - $10 each. Buddy up with another contestant. The two buddies with the highest scores combined will each receive matching tiaras and a nice gift.
Door Badges - $3 for everyone except contestant and any other children. The proceeds will go towards judges, room rental, and clean-up.

RELEASE: I hereby understand and agree that myself, my child, my sponsor(s), and family waive all rights to file any claim against Mary Johnson and/or Diana Ansel, pageant site, pageant workers, judges, or location of pageant for damage, theft, or injury to person or property before, during, or after the pageant.
