In the 4 yr group, I cannot say that the winner was undeserving, however, what the HELL happened with the top 10 and the runner ups?? What a SHOCK to say the least. There were some pretty kids that were completely overlooked, and that is a FACT!! Next year, there will be nothing but newbies, I do not know anyone going back.

ALSO, with the photogenic in the 30-41 month group?? Excuse me, but Callie B did not even place?? SW did not place in photo either in the 4's??

How qualified are these judges??
