I read this from the public bugs forum at askchopper.com:

"Well since trying EvilMageGuy's bug on getting infinite leather and dragon scales in Felucca, I got a message that I couldn't find anything. But I noticed that I still got "A lot of fame"! I immediately rezed it and my dragon's HP is only at 8. So I killed it again with my mare and got another "A lot of fame". So basically, go to Felucca in a secluded place (house) and kill your own drag, then rez it and rekill it in about 2 seconds! Rince and repeat and you'll have a free Lord title in about5 minutes =)"

Hmmm...me think tamers can now become Knights of Sacrifice in a matter of a few hrs :)
Pity I cant tame :(
