field spells etc. - grief tactic



Here is a general caution to those of you who are using field spells, Evs, blade spirits etc at the champion spawns. There is a tactic that players can use to flag off these and then be able to attack you without fear of retribution.

It goes like this:
  1. you cast a field spell

  2. the griefer goes away, and flags as a criminal (by looting a corpse for example).

  3. they wait a minute, and then go through your field. This flags you to them (you attacked them didn't you).

  4. now they go invis and wait 'till they are no longer a criminal.

  5. they reveal and now (this is the nasty part)

  6. to top it all off, most players go to brit to get ressed. Now they jump out of the dungeon and recall to brit. When you ress - they kill you (u r still grey to them) and take all your items.


Be careful with those spells.... and

if you see someone flagging of field spells etc - GANK THEM as they are about to start griefing.
