If McZee has not already placed a house for himself, I'd be interested in purchasing your small tower on behalf of the guild so that young McZee has a place to call his own - leave dirty clothes on the floor, stack dishes up to the roof... that sort of thing :)

So, McZee - do you have a house yet? If not, we'll arrange to purchase this one off our lovely Sister Tara!
