Subject: NW Help Desk :)

Hi all, as I have had a large number of ICQ message sessions with ppl having trouble with internet, and internet related programs, or just computer trouble, my ICQ has run hot. My boss does not like this, so I have started a hotmail address and set up a program to check messages every 2 minutes. I would like any people that need advice or help to please email instead of ICQ, as this will keep my boss happy (I can pretend I am responding to a customers email lol).

Thanks for understanding, remember, I love to help, so dont be shy in emailing me, I just cant receive too many ICQ messages while at work that's all :) Anytime after 6pm or on weekends ICQ is ok thanks people :)
