ha ha... Thanks Kaa.. I was actually about to come to you for help, cos you're the guy with the most computer knowledge I know. To give you an idea of what I've done myself. Firstly, my comp is about a pentium 3 800 or 900... with 200+ RAM and other stuff I can never remember, so I'd discounted that. I was using Win98, but recently formatted my whole comp (AGAIN!) and upgraded to Win2K. I upgraded to LBR and guess what? It STILL DIDN'T WORK!

However, tonight it is working. I now believe there has been some kind of problem with my ISP host link to all UO server stuff (patch, login, shard) that spanned the last few weeks which (hopefully) has been fixed today. I had checked everything out with UOTrace, but its reports varied from day to day and even when it looked like it should be fine, it wasn't. And my connection to other web-sites seemed unaffected.

So all up, it worked tonight, but I have no idea why, I can only hope it will contine to do so. Now to catch up on what's happening in the guild :)

finally back, (I hope) (I'm not paranoid in-game, but I am paranoid about my computer... no that's not quite right, paranoia is really when you have no good reason to expect it to stuff up....)

Oh, and Mori, I lost the link to my sig again with the reformats :( But this time I'll put it on a disk.. along with my damn char info. I'm getting so sick of resetting my macros!
