options (You can use a small letter, either)
-F write data with Format (all tracks)
-F+ with Format, when happen "writing error"
-F_ with Format, since happen "writing error"

-C build up Check
-M on Memory (when duplicate)
-K without confirmation
-B without Beep
-E without EMS
-X without XMS
-N without temporary file
-T specify Temporary directry
-D initial Options
-W without color
-% bright (only for PC)
-P not check MS-DOS's FAT
-! slow to load FDDhed
-^ not direct VRAM acces
-0...9,$ slide sector num (like FDFORMAT)
-H usage (Japanese)

If you use on NOT PC-9801, you need "ANSI.SYS".
