Your last sentence is the 'Universal Answer' to the very doubt you've imparted.It doesn't matter whether one's black or white, Multiple Relationship (MR) causes the same effect on a person physically, mentally, spiritually or sexually.
Obviously, people involved in MR engage in such act making sure that the opposite partner is kept in the dark. History has it that no matter how long it takes for either of the opposite sex to indulge in such, time brings the cheating partner to the limelight, thus, causing break ups in ones treasured relationship.
So, it is best advised that onces your are involved with someone, add super-glue to this relationship and stuck onto it. Just a piece of extra advice; When your partner is involved in MR, it is very easy to figure out that he or she is but for some if you do not discovered (very likely), then, as they say, 'You are blinded by his/her love that once way past in the future when you discover your partner has been promiscuous, emotionally you will crash deep.
So keep alert or if not speak freely about your relationship by discussing about the way you both feel about each other and to be honest. Honesty, faithfulness, trust and commitment are the four(4) main ingredients to a healthy and transparent boy-girl or man-woman relationship.
