I also agree with you Fr Robert Laka and Laku.
Our people back at home need to know the difference between Right to education and Free Education.

During the campaign period in Enga, I heard so many parents saying, "Ipatas is paying school fees for our children, and my first vote is for him. Good and fair enough. I am not trying to undermine Ipatas' capabilities or powers. I am one of those who benefited under his government from 1997 till this date.

What I am trying to say here is; they must know that education is a right. Their children will still get educated even if the candidate promising free education looses his/her seat. They must vote someone who is not greedy and has vision for the country/province and will speak for them.

I think we the educated elites should educate our people back at home about Right to educatioin and Free education so that they do not blindly vote those use this banner for campaign.

And for those who re-elected Ipatas, you have seen the potentials in him so I congratulate you and Ipatas for the win.
