Subject: Actor..Jeremy Brett

Hello !!
I am a very big fan of Jeremy Brett..sherlock Holmes. I know he was a resident of Clapham Common and loved living there. I am writing up an essay on the life of Mr Brett. Has anyone got any imformation about him ?
Do you ever meet him and what was he like ? Was he a well known figure during the years living at Clapham? Mainly his personality. I know he was a very friendly guy.
Did anyone share a laugh with him? A meeting with him to have conversations...anything would help.
I wished I'd met him but sadly it never came about. Any jolly stories to tell. Sadly he died on the 12th September 1995 but maybe people can remember.
Hope anyone can help, it would be very much appreciated.
