I am looking for parents to Rhonda Romine married to Joseph on 9-22-1796. I am an Osborn and my family was for Upshur Co. Wv. I am a decendent from Joseph his son Wilson his son Edward his son Gilbert his son Ernest and then my dad Lawerence.
