Subject: Orsburn, a home builder during the American Revolution

I am looking for information on a gentleman by the name of "Orsburn" who was a builder of homes in the Wyoming Valley of Pennsylvania (modern day Luzerne County)prior to and during the American Revolution. In all likelyhood he was an experienced mason because the home in Plymouth, PA that I am researching is made of stone. I am trying to determine the year it was built so as to obtain a Dept. of Interior National Historic designation and marker. Please e-mail me with any information you may have.
