Previous message from Barbara Osburn 4-5-00 did not identify who Julius parents were: Wm Osburn from Coshocton Ohio and Julia Anna Dodge from Rushville (Schuyler County) Illinois. Julius was born in Beardstown Ill. 11-28-1851 and died 11-30-1921 in Rock Island, Ill. His Second Family were born in Rock Island and or Keokuk, IA 1900-1909. Julius is said to have two sisters and at least one brother name Riley or Raley from Peoria,ILL who adopted Julius's child named Ethel and she married a Pease. Any connections or information would be greatly appreciated.
