Sounding rather bored, she gets up and limps off into the trees. Should one happen to think of it, her injured ankle is the same as the leg Sahja was staying off of in the brief moment in the past. And should one be so astute as to notice that, one might also suspect this to be foreshadowing of the horrors yet to arise.
However, more likely, the narrator is simply talking to herself and gameplay will continue as usual, with (ahem) NO AS-YET RECOGNIZED VILLAIN.
